NF High Voltage Coolant Water Heater

This PTC electric heater adopts PTC technology to meet the safety requirements of passenger cars for high voltage. In addition, it can also meet the relevant environmental requirements of components in the engine compartment.

The purpose of PTC electric heaters in application is to replace the engine block as the main source of heat. It heats the PTC heating component by supplying power to the PTC heating group, and heats the medium in the heating system circulation pipeline through heat exchange.

The PTC electric heater module consists of PTC heating components, controllers, and internal pipelines. The heating component is installed in an aluminum die casting, which forms a closed circulation pipeline with a plastic shell, and the coolant flows through the heating body in a meandering structure.

The electrical control part is an aluminum die-casting body covered with a metal casing. The controller circuit board is fixed with screws and the connector is connected to the circuit board.
