Scroll-type oil-free Air Compressor Performance Curve

 

 

The Scroll-type oil-free air compressor operates using two interlocking spiral components: a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. As the orbiting scroll performs eccentric rotation, air is drawn into the outer compression chambers. The volume of these chambers gradually decreases, compressing the air inward toward the center.

No lubricating oil is used throughout the compression process, ensuring 100% oil-free clean air. With stable rotation, minimal vibration and continuous compression, it delivers an efficient, reliable and pollution-free air supply.

 

 

The air compressor should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, strictly avoiding contact with corrosive, perishable, flammable, or chemical substances.

 

Collision is strictly prohibited. When in use, it should be placed upright to prevent tilting or inversion, which could lead to malfunctions and accidents.

 

To ensure safety and extend the machine's lifespan, the machine should be placed in a well-ventilated, clean, and cool location. The ambient temperature should be within the range of -40℃ to 60℃. Avoid using it in environments with polluted air, dust, or oily fuel fumes.

 

Before connecting to power, ensure the machine is switched off. Operate the machine according to the indicated direction. Voltage fluctuations are allowed within ±10%. For safety, never touch any components of the air compressor while it is operating.

 

 

 

Technical requirements for air intake and water inlet/outlet

 

1. The air intake is located on the back of the compressor body; see the product outline drawing for a detailed location diagram.
2. The external air filter must be placed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place.
3. The air filter's filtration accuracy is <2.5μm.
4. The air intake must draw in ambient temperature air; otherwise, it will affect the product's lifespan.
