This electronic water pump adopts a brushless DC motor to drive the impeller, enabling stepless speed regulation, and a matching drive controller controls the brushless motor.

It can be widely applied in automotive engine primary cooling systems, auxiliary cooling systems, battery pack cooling systems as well as energy storage equipment. By powering the circulation of coolant to different heat dissipation components, it helps various thermal management systems achieve optimal performance and guarantees their stable and reliable operation.

Moreover, the operating speed of this electronic water pump can be regulated via the CAN bus, allowing flexible adjustment of its operating state. Besides the fundamental functions, the water pump is also equipped with complete protection mechanisms to ensure safe operation.

Recommended installation angle

 

a) After installation, maintain the angle between the center line of the inlet and the horizontal plane between -5° and +5°, as shown in the figure below.

 

 

 

b) After installation, maintain the angle between the center line of the water outlet and the horizontal plane between 5° and +90°, as shown in the figure below.

 

 

 

Reverse Connection Protection:

 

Within the normal operating voltage range, if the power supply polarity is reversed, the water pump will stop working and will not provide any feedback signal, but it will not be damaged. It will function normally after the power supply is reconnected correctly.

 

 

Overvoltage Protection:

 

When the power supply voltage exceeds 33V (±0.5V) for 0.5 seconds, the water pump will stop working and provide a fault signal. When the voltage drops below 32V (±0.5V) for 1 second, the water pump will restart.

 

Undervoltage Protection:

 

When the power supply voltage is below 17V (±0.5V) for 0.5 seconds, the water pump will stop working and provide a fault signal. When the voltage exceeds 18V (±0.5V) for 1 second, the water pump will restart.
