According to the voltage requirement of 350V, the PTC sheet adopts 3.0mm thickness and Tc210℃, which ensures good withstand voltage and durability.
The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 4 groups, which are controlled by 4 IGBTs.
In order to ensure the protection level of the product IP67, the heating core component of the product is installed into the lower base, sealed with potting glue in the lower base, and potted to the upper surface of the D-shaped tube.
After assembling other parts, use a gasket to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.
