Working principles of the diesel water heater

Water heaters can heat cars without external power supply and it does not need to start to idle hot cars in winter.Heaters have its own water pump and oil pump.And they are installed between engine and ceramic heater's tank.The electricity comes from vehicle battery.Then the oil pump lights after it extract a little fuel from oil tank which atomize in combustion chamber.It heat antifreeze by heater exchange system and circularly output to the engine. Making the engine and warm air blower's temperature get higher gradually.When the temperature reaches 65 degrees,heaters will automatic stop and the remote will display that you have finished heating. This kind of heaters can be used in the heating equipment of the car and can not conflict with another devices

2.The installation of air intake duct by combustion air

There is a hose corrugation and its diameter is about 25mm in installation component.According to the situation of installation,the combustion air duct can not be shorter than 20cm at least and can not be longer than 1.5m at least.Fixed on heater with pipe clamp and the other end fixed on the vehicle body with a bracket.

3.The installation of exhaust emission suction device for heaters

The direction of exhaust port can not meet the airflow when installing it.And it can not be clogged with dirt such as mud,rain and snow etc.There is a exhaust pipe in the installation kit which inner diameter is about 25mm and long is 60cm. According to the situation of installation,the combustion air duct can not be shorter than 20cm at least and can not be longer than 1.5m at least.Fixed on heater with pipe clamp and the other end fixed on the vehicle body with a bracket.

Application

The application range of liquid parking heaters

After the liquid parking heater is connected to the heating system of the car, it can be used for:

- Preheat engine coolant in Winter for Car/Boat/Caravan

- Provide hot water for bathing and domestic hot water in Caravan

- work together with radiator to heat the car compartment

- Defrost the front windshield

The liquid parking heater is not affected by the vehicle engine when it works, and is connected to the vehicle's cooling system, fuel system and electrical system.
