Oil-free piston electric air compressors are core air source components for new energy commercial vehicles (pure electric/hybrid light trucks, minibuses, sanitation vehicles, engineering vehicles, and buses), featuring direct motor drive and a fully oil-free compression chamber.

1. A permanent magnet motor drives the crankshaft to rotate.

 

2. The crankshaft drives the piston to reciprocate up and down within the cylinder via connecting rods;

 

3. Utilizing the periodic change in cylinder volume, the processes of intake → sealing → compression → exhaust are completed;

 

4. Compressed air is delivered to the storage tank. The machine automatically stops when the pressure reaches the set upper limit and automatically restarts when the pressure falls below the lower limit, providing a closed-loop, stable air supply.
