Compressor Performance Curve

Core working principle
Two involute scrolls, a stationary scroll, and a moving scroll, mesh with staggered teeth. The moving scroll, driven eccentrically, performs planar rotational motion (without self-rotation), maintaining a micrometer-level gap between the two without contact throughout the process. Air enters the intake port on the outer periphery of the scrolls through an intake filter and is sealed into multiple crescent-shaped closed compression chambers as the moving scrolls move. These compression chambers move towards the center of the scrolls, gradually decreasing in volume, continuously compressing the air. Finally, the high-pressure air is discharged from the exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll, completing a continuous unidirectional process of "intake – compression – exhaust".
The key to the oil-free design is that no lubricating oil is involved in the compression chambers. Precision machining ensures a tight seal, and self-compensating end-face seals and wear-resistant coatings achieve frictionless and oil-free operation.
Selection and Considerations
1. Pressure and Flow Rate: Mainstream operating pressure 7–10 bar, flow rate range 1.9–7.6 m³/min (mainly small units), match operating conditions as needed.
2. Cooling Method: Air cooling for light indoor loads; water cooling for continuous high loads or high-temperature environments.
3. Variable Frequency Configuration: Variable frequency models are recommended for frequent load changes to reduce energy consumption and start-stop impact.
4. Installation and Maintenance: Ventilation space is provided; regular replacement of the intake filter and seals is required; no complex oil circuit maintenance is needed.
