An oil-free electric air compressor is a pneumatic device driven by an electric motor that requires no lubricating oil during compression. This type of compressor mainly includes several technical approaches, such as scroll, screw, and centrifugal. For example, scroll compressors achieve low-noise, oil-free compression through the meshing of moving and stationary scrolls; water-lubricated screw compressors use water as a lubricating medium to achieve isothermal compression with extremely high efficiency; while centrifugal compressors using magnetic levitation bearings can reach speeds exceeding 100,000 rpm, achieving completely contactless operation and energy savings of up to 31%

User Notice:
Note: The compressor uses 380VAC power. Connect the motor terminals from left to right (UVW). Upon first start-up, confirm the rotation direction: facing the motor, turn counter-clockwise. Incorrect rotation may damage the compressor.

Usage Environment
1. The air compressor should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, strictly avoiding contact with corrosive, flammable, or chemical substances.
2. Avoid impacts. When using, place it upright to prevent tilting or inversion, which could lead to malfunctions and accidents.
3. To ensure safety and extend the machine's lifespan, the machine should be placed in a well-ventilated, clean, and cool location. The ambient temperature should be within the range of -40℃ to 60℃. Avoid using it in environments with polluted air or oily fuel fumes.
4. Before connecting to power, ensure the machine is switched off. Operate the machine according to the indicated direction. Voltage fluctuations are allowed within ±10%. For safety, never touch any components of the air compressor while it is operating.
