The NF 600W electronic water pump is a variable speed pump in which the rotor is driven by a brushless DC motor; the rotation of the brushless motor is controlled by an integrated controller.

The NF electronic water pump 600W is suitable for use in primary cooling systems of automotive engines, auxiliary cooling systems, battery pack cooling systems, energy storage equipment and similar applications. It provides the energy required to circulate the coolant through various heat dissipation channels, thereby enabling various thermal management systems to operate at maximum efficiency and ensuring their stable operation.

The NF electronic water pump 600W supports speed control via the CAN interface, which allows precise regulation of pump operation. In addition to its basic functionality, the pump is also equipped with a comprehensive set of protection functions.

 

 

 

The pumps in this series feature a brushless motor-driven canned pump structure. The main components are as follows:

• A brushless DC motor, comprising a rotor assembly (including the impeller assembly) and a stator housing assembly (including the canning sleeve and rear bearing seat assembly);
• A controller (PCB assembly), used to communicate with the main control unit and regulate the brushless DC motor;
• A pump cover, designed for connection to the vehicle, engine, and cooling system;
• A brushless motor rear cover, incorporating a wiring harness assembly for connection to the vehicle.

Communication between the controller and the electronic water pump is established via CAN. Under normal operating conditions, the controller transmits various message signals to regulate the pump's operational status and speed.

 

Furthermore, the water pump features built-in self-diagnostic and protection capabilities; should the pump encounter abnormal operating conditions-such as overvoltage, undervoltage, rotor lock, dry running, overcurrent, or overheating-it will automatically execute protective measures and provide feedback via the CAN signal line.
