1. The water pump structure is shielded.
2. The front bearing seat is in contact with the medium, and the front insulating pad is used to insulate the front bearing seat and the casing;
3. To meet the insulation requirements of the rear bearing seat, a new structure is designed to isolate the rubber package of the rear bearing seat from the casing to meet the insulation requirements of the medium and the casing. The rear bearing seat is a separate component, distinct from the casing. The rear end face fixes the controller to dissipate heat for the controller, reduce temperature rise, and increase the service life of the controller. The front end is in contact with the circulating medium to take away the heat from the controller.
4. The motor shaft is a hollow structure. The medium enters the shielding sleeve through the front bearing seat in the high-pressure area of the volute, and enters the bottom of the motor shaft through the cross groove of the rear bearing seat after reaching the rear bearing seat, and returns to the water inlet of the water pump through the center hole of the motor shaft, forming a small heat dissipation circulation system. It is recommended to use M8 screws for fixing (the casing thread depth is ≥16), the recommended torque is 20N.m, and the size of the fixing hole refers to the drawing;
It is recommended to install the electronic water pump horizontally along the motor shaft (at an angle of ±5°), with the water outlet facing upward.
It is recommended to use vacuum filling for filling coolant, and it is strictly forbidden to run the electronic water pump without water.
