1. Housing Heat Dissipation

One-piece die-cast aluminum housing with vertical heat dissipation fins, red-ring sealed pressure, IP67 waterproof and dustproof; high-voltage warning label on the front, oil drain plug on the side for easy maintenance.

2. Interface Configuration

Top dual interfaces: Orange high-voltage plug adapts to DC450-750V vehicle high voltage, with high-voltage interlock; black low-voltage plug supports DC9-32V power supply + CAN communication, enabling data exchange with the vehicle.

Bottom dual yellow water circuit connectors, one inlet and one outlet for water cooling circulation, dustproof plugs included; four corners with metal bushing mounting bases for shock resistance and easy fixing.

3. Core Electrical Control Protection

Built-in isolated PTC ceramic heating element with self-temperature control and temperature limiting to prevent dry burning and leakage; multi-channel temperature probes monitor in real time, automatically limiting power and reporting vehicle faults in case of over-temperature, high/low voltage abnormalities, compatible with vehicle high-voltage fuses, insulation monitoring, and high-voltage interlock safety systems.

4. Weather Resistance

Operating environment: -40~85℃; Storage temperature: -40~120℃; Components are resistant to antifreeze and oil corrosion, and are resistant to electromagnetic interference. Suitable for passenger cars, electric freight vehicles, and buses.

5. Function and Packaging

Rated 7KW, can operate in both driving and parking conditions, and also provides cabin heating and defrosting, and low-temperature battery preheating; individually packaged in a cardboard box with cushioning; CE certified, suitable for export.
