For the voltage requirements of 170~275V, the PTC sheet adopts 2.4mm thickness, Tc245℃, to ensure good withstand voltage and durability, and the internal heating core group of the product is integrated into one group.
In order to ensure the product's protection grade IP67, insert the heating core component of the product into the lower base obliquely, cover the nozzle sealing ring, press the rear exterior with a pressure plate, and then seal it with potting glue in the lower base, and potting it to the D type upper surface of the tube.
After assembling other parts, use a gasket to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.
