The 20KW HVH electric bus heater is a new energy vehicle specific pure electric heating solution, specially developed for electric buses, commercial vehicles and new energy passenger cars. Adopting advanced electric heating technology, it completely abandons traditional fuel heating methods. The product features adjustable power, low operation cost, zero pollution and high safety, which can comprehensively meet vehicle defrosting, cabin heating and battery thermal insulation requirements, and is an ideal heating accessory for pure electric and hybrid new energy vehicles.

1. Equipped with high voltage PTC heating elements and rated IP67 protection degree. The heater supports continuous dry-burn resistance for more than 500 hours, ensuring outstanding durability under extreme operating conditions.
2. The built-in controller real-time monitors high voltage and current signals. It actively cuts off high-voltage power and triggers alarm shutdown once overvoltage or overcurrent anomalies are detected, effectively protecting the whole vehicle electrical system.
3. Integrated with a high-voltage fuse inside the heater. In case of internal short-circuit failure, the fuse can instantly disconnect the high-voltage circuit to avoid secondary damage and fault spread to other vehicle components.
4. PTC coolant heater has passed professional EMC electromagnetic compatibility certification and E-Mark vehicle safety certification, fully compliant with international vehicle application standards and road traffic regulations.
5. Precise timing and temperature control functions are available via CAN bus communication. In addition, the product features excellent corrosion resistance and successfully passes 720-hour neutral salt spray test, adapting to harsh and long-term outdoor vehicle operating environments.
