Note: There is no coolant flowing in the heater, and the heater will enter the high-temperature protection state. When the coolant is not drained properly, it will affect the heating capacity of the heater and the accuracy of the temperature collection of the water outlet. The long-term operation will reduce the reliability of the heater.

Necessary conditions for heater
(1) The heater is controlled by CAN communication
(2) High voltage power supply
(3) Low voltage power supply (BATT) or Kl15 (ignition switch voltage), Kl31 (GND)
(4) The heater needs to set a high-voltage interlock circuit
(5) The vehicle must be equipped with an insulation monitoring device to monitor:
a. Over (under) voltage protection
b. Short circuit protection (current-limiting fuse in distribution box)
c. Leakage protection
d. Interlock response
(6) High voltage electric heater must be equipped with an 80A current-limiting fuse
(7) It must be ensured that the high-voltage power supply has no reverse polarity
(8) The vehicle needs to be powered off when overvoltage occurs
(9) High voltage input should be precharged
(10) The high voltage input should be equipped with a relay, when a serious fault occurs, the high voltage can be cut off without affecting the safety of the whole vehicle.
