⚫ The heating element consists of high-voltage PTCs; the unit features an IP67 protection rating and can withstand continuous dry-burning conditions for over 500 hours.
⚫ During operation, the controller monitors high-voltage levels and current in real-time; in the event of overvoltage or overcurrent, it actively cuts off the high-voltage supply, shuts down the unit, and triggers an alarm.
⚫ The heater features a built-in high-voltage fuse capable of immediately cutting off the high-voltage supply in the event of an internal short circuit, thereby preventing malfunctions in other vehicle components.
⚫ The product has successfully obtained both EMC and E-Mark certifications.
⚫ The product supports time-based and temperature-based control functions via CAN communication; its anti-corrosion performance meets the requirements of a 720-hour neutral salt spray test.

 

 

 

 

 

This product is a liquid heater specially designed for pure electric buses. PTC coolant heaters use onboard energy to heat all-electric buses. The rated voltage of the product is 600V and the power is 10-30KW, which can fit various models of pure electric buses. The heating power is strong, provides sufficient  heat, provides a comfortable driving environment for the driver and front passenger, and can also be used as a heat source for heating the battery.
