Installation Suggestion

 

In order to ensure the maximum energy efficiency of the water heating PTC, pay attention to the following items during installation:
1. The highest point of PTC should be lower than the expansion tank
2. The water pump should not be higher than the PTC
3. The PTC should be installed after the water pump and before the heater core.
4. Pay attention to the direction of water in and out of PTC.
5. Before the PTC works for the first time, or after the pipeline components are repaired, the water pump should be operated first, and the exhaust gas should be confirmed, and then the PTC should be powered on.

• temperature limit

When the temperature of any IGBT reaches 85 ° C, the power will be gradually reduced or turned off, and when the temperature is below 80 ° C, the IGBT will resume work, so that the IGBT temperature does not exceed the limit value.

• overcurrent protection
