3 port valve for EV

 

3 port valves use a DC motor and gearbox to control valve rotation, achieving reversing or flow regulation functions.

The valve position is controlled by a DC motor, gearbox, and position sensor. The position sensor outputs a corresponding voltage based on the valve angle.

 

3 port valves can be designed in diameters ranging from 16Øs to Ø25, requiring only changes to the pipe dimensions.

The Ø25 water valve allows for flow rate control from 5 L/MIN to 100 L/MIN.

 

 

Operating Principle

A 3 port valve regulates chilled water flow by redirecting rather than stopping flow-maintaining constant system pressure while modulating temperature.
