How does an electronic water pump work?
1. What is an electronic water pump?
The electronic water pump is a new type of water pump that uses piezoelectric material as a power unit, and is completely electronic from control to drive, and completely controls the liquid transmission with an electronically integrated system, thus achieving adjustability and precision of liquid transmission.

2. Working principle of electronic water pump:
After opening the water pump, the impeller rotates at high speed in the pump body (the pump body must be filled with liquid before opening the water pump). The liquid in the pump body rotates with the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged at the outlet. The impeller is thrown out, and the speed of the thrown out liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump body. After the liquid is thrown out, a vacuum low-pressure area is formed in the center of the impeller. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the water pump through the suction pipe under the action of external atmospheric pressure. . The volume of the diffusion chamber of the pump body is fixed. As the amount of liquid being thrown out increases, the pressure gradually increases, and is finally discharged from the outlet of the water pump. The liquid is continuously sucked up from the liquid pool and then continuously discharged from the water pump outlet.
3. Features of electronic water pump:
(1) The drive mode uses piezoelectric materials as the power device, subverting the traditional motor drive.
(2) It can accurately convey liquid and be used in fields such as liquid quantitative transmission and quantitative control.
(3) The speed of liquid delivery is adjustable.
(4) The pump body has its own operation panel, and all operations are completed through electronic buttons. It is fully digitally set and equipped with a digital display, which is intuitive and accurate.
(5) Small size and light weight.
