Mainstream Product Types
- Scroll Electric Compressor: The mainstream solution in the market, compact in structure, highly efficient, and reliable, suitable for most pure electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Piston Electric Compressor: Lower cost, but vibration and noise are slightly higher than scroll compressors; mostly used in economy-oriented new energy vehicles.
- High-Voltage Fast-Charging Adaptive Compressor: Designed for 800V high-voltage platform vehicles, with stronger high-voltage resistance, can simultaneously ensure air conditioning operation during fast charging, and has lower energy consumption.

Core Working Principle
- Power Source: Powered by the vehicle's power battery, the compressor piston/scroll disk is driven by a built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor to compress the refrigerant.
- Refrigeration Cycle: The compressor compresses the low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which is then sent to the condenser for heat dissipation and becomes liquid. The liquid refrigerant is throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve, enters the evaporator to absorb heat from the vehicle interior, vaporizes back into gas, and then returns to the compressor to complete the cycle, achieving vehicle interior cooling.
- Heat pump synergy (some models): In the heat pump air conditioning system, the electric compressor can work with the four-way valve to switch the refrigerant flow direction, transferring heat from the outside environment to the inside of the vehicle to achieve heating in winter. Compared with PTC heating, this significantly reduces energy consumption and improves range.
