The oil-free scroll air compressor is a positive displacement compressor. Its core consists of two identical scroll discs (one fixed, the other eccentrically moving) meshing together, each 180° out of phase. Operating Environment

The air compressor should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area, strictly away from corrosive, perishable, or flammable materials and chemicals.

Avoid impacts; the unit must be positioned upright during use-prevent tilting or overturning to avoid malfunctions or safety accidents.

To ensure safety and extend the machine's service life, place it in a clean, cool, and well-ventilated area with an ambient temperature between -40°C and 60°C. Avoid operation in environments with polluted air, excessive dust, or fumes from oil-based fuels.

Ensure the machine is powered off before connecting the power supply. The unit must rotate in the direction indicated by the markings, and the power supply voltage must remain within ±10% of the rated value. Before troubleshooting, the power supply must be disconnected. Always disconnect the main power supply and release the pressure inside the air compressor before any repairs or maintenance.
