The EHP series thermal management unit is a system used to cool or heat the battery pack of new energy vehicles.
During the driving or charging process of the vehicle, the temperature of the battery pack rises due to external ambient temperature or the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery pack itself, resulting in a loss of the optimal working environment for the battery. The service object of this product is the water-cooled battery pack, through the control of water temperature, the battery pack in the battery pack works within a certain temperature range, so as to ensure the quality of the battery, prolong its service life, and ensure the cruising range of the vehicle.

Working Principle
The schematic diagram of our EHP battery thermal management system is shown in Figure 2-1. The solid red line in the figure represents the refrigeration cycle, and the dashed blue line represents the coolant cycle. This unit has three modes, including cooling mode, heating mode, and self-circulation mode. The unit switches between these three modes based on the parameters feedback from the battery pack BMS.
The main structure of this product is divided into a cooling and heating system and an electrical system.
The main components of the cooling system includean electric compressor, an electric heater, a microchannel condenser, a condensing fan, a water pump, a drying filter, a thermal expansion valve, and a plate heat exchanger, etc.
