Products Description
The electric defrost system for new energy vehicles is an innovative technology that uses electricity to directly provide a clear view for the front and rear windshields and windows. Unlike traditional fuel-powered vehicles that rely on waste heat from the engine, this system completely eliminates any reliance on the engine, providing a purely electrically powered active defrost/defog solution.
The core component is a metal resistance wire or transparent conductive film embedded in the glass. When a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vehicle causes the glass to fog or frost, the system is powered on, and these heating elements quickly and evenly generate heat, directly heating the glass itself, effectively melting frost and evaporating fog.
