This automotive brushless electronic water pump adopts an integrated shielded centrifugal pump structure. The entire unit is highly integrated and compact, with no exposed rotating shaft, eliminating the common problem of shaft seal leakage in traditional water pumps. The pump body, motor, drive control board, inlet/outlet interfaces, and mounting bracket are modularly integrated, resulting in a robust and compact overall structure with strong adaptability to vehicle space, facilitating installation in confined engine compartments.
Appearance and Pump Body Structural Design
1. The pump body is integrally molded from high-strength, temperature-resistant material, equipped with metal fastening clips and a corrosion-resistant mounting base. It is lightweight, vibration-resistant, and resistant to coolant corrosion, and is not prone to aging or deformation under long-term high and low temperature conditions.
2. The inlet and outlet ports use standard quick-connect fittings with dustproof sealing caps, ensuring convenient pipe connection, high sealing accuracy, and hassle-free disassembly and maintenance.
