Thick Film Heater
High-voltage film heaters are used to replace the engine block as the primary heat source. They work by supplying power to a thick-film heating element, which then heats the medium circulating in the heating system through heat exchange.

Products Design principle
The high-voltage film heater consists of a thick-film heating element, a controller, and internal piping. The thick-film heating element is installed submerged in an integrated die-cast water channel. Coolant flows through the thick-film heating element to achieve heat absorption and circulation.
The controller circuit board is fixed in the electrical cavity housing, completely isolated from the water channel, and the connector is directly connected to the circuit board.
The control unit uses a shunt and sampling resistor to sample the current and voltage of the high-voltage circuit, facilitating protection against malfunctions.
The low-voltage power supply inlet features a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) to effectively prevent surges. A high-frequency isolation transformer provides auxiliary power to the high-voltage side. Communication between the high- and low-voltage control units is achieved via a digital isolator. The auxiliary power supply input includes current-limiting protection. Temperature sensors NCT_A and NTC_B, located at the inlet and outlet, respectively, monitor the coolant temperature in real time, providing timely protection when the temperature exceeds the limit.
