This high-pressure film heater is suitable for electric/hybrid/fuel cell vehicles, primarily serving as the main heat source for cabin temperature regulation. It is suitable for both driving and parking modes. During the heating process, electrical energy is effectively converted into heat energy by the thick-film heating element, resulting in faster heating than internal combustion engines. It can also be used for battery temperature regulation (heating to operating temperature) and fuel cell start-up loads.

This high-pressure film heater utilizes thick-film heating technology to meet the high-voltage safety requirements of passenger vehicles. Furthermore, it meets the relevant environmental requirements for components within the engine compartment.

The HVCH electric heater has a self-protection function. During normal operation, it can monitor its own operating status in real time and feed it back to the vehicle controller via the CAN interface. If any abnormality is detected, it can promptly take protective measures, such as automatically limiting the heating temperature and operating current.

The vehicle controller is responsible for monitoring the insulation condition of the HVCH electric heater.
