1. The water pump has a canned motor pump structure.

 

2. The front bearing housing is in contact with the medium, and the front insulating pad insulates the front bearing housing from the housing.

 

3. To meet the insulation requirements of the rear bearing housing, a new structure is designed to encapsulate the rear bearing housing and isolate it from the housing, satisfying the insulation requirements between the medium and the housing. The rear bearing housing is separate from the housing and is an independent part. The controller is fixed at the rear end, providing heat dissipation for the controller, reducing temperature rise, and improving the controller's service life. The front end contacts the circulating medium, carrying away the controller's heat.

 

4. The motor shaft has a hollow structure. The medium enters the shielding sleeve through the front bearing housing in the high-pressure zone of the volute, and after reaching the rear bearing housing, it enters the bottom of the motor shaft through the cross groove of the rear bearing housing. It then returns to the water pump inlet through the central hole of the motor shaft, forming a small heat dissipation circulation system. • M8 screws are recommended for fixing (machine housing thread depth ≥16), recommended torque 20 N.m, refer to the drawing for the size of the fixing holes;
• The electronic water pump is recommended to be installed horizontally along the motor shaft (angle within ±5°), with the outlet facing upwards;
• Vacuum filling is recommended for adding coolant. The electronic water pump must not be operated without water;
