Products Description

This high-pressure film heater is suitable for electric, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles, primarily serving as the primary heat source for interior temperature regulation. It can be used in both driving and parking modes.

During the heating process, the thick-film heater element efficiently converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in faster heating than internal combustion engines. It can also be used to regulate battery temperature (heating to operating temperature) and fuel cell starting loads.

This high-pressure film heater utilizes thick-film heating technology to meet the high-voltage safety requirements of passenger vehicles. It also meets the environmental requirements of engine compartment components.

In this application, the high-pressure film heater is designed to replace the engine block as the primary heat source. It operates by supplying power to the thick-film heater element, generating heat, which, through heat exchange, heats the medium within the heating system's circulation lines.

Products Design

High-pressure film heaters consist of a thick-film heating element, a controller, and internal piping. The thick-film heating element is immersed in an integrated die-cast water channel, where coolant flows through the thick-film heating element, absorbing and circulating heat.

The controller circuit board is mounted in the electrical enclosure, completely isolated from the water channel, and the connector connects directly to the circuit board.
