A: Thick film technology: screen printing rare earth slurry to form a micron-level circuit on a substrate (such as ceramic/stainless steel), with an electrothermal conversion efficiency of >95% and a response speed of 30 milliseconds.
Traditional PTC: relies on ceramic materials to self-limit temperature, with an efficiency of only 70-80%, and a response time of >28 seconds.
Q: 2. What is the energy efficiency ratio (COP)? How much does winter affect battery life?
A: COP can reach more than 0.95, which is 20% more energy-saving than PTC. After turning on heating at -20℃, the battery life loss is reduced to 8-10% (PTC is 25-30%).
Q: 3. Does it support 800V high-voltage platform? How is the insulation safety?
