This electric heater is suitable for electric/hybrid passenger/trucks, and is mainly used as a heat source for in-vehicle temperature regulation. This electric heater is suitable for both vehicle driving mode and parking mode. During the heating process, the electrical energy is effectively converted into thermal energy by the heating tube, so this product has a faster heating effect than the internal combustion engine. At the same time, it can also be used for battery temperature regulation (heating to operating temperature).
This electric heater uses thick film heating technology to meet the safety requirements of passenger cars for high voltage. In addition, it can also meet the relevant environmental requirements of components in the engine compartment.
The purpose of the electric heater in the application is to replace the engine block as the main heat source. It heats the heating tube by supplying power to the heating tube, and heats the medium in the heating system circulation pipeline through heat exchange.
