The 3kw high voltage coolant heater for EV assembly can provide heat for new energy vehicle cockpits and meet the criteria for safe defrost and defogging. At the same time, it provides heat for other parts of the vehicle that need temperature regulation.

This high pressure electric refrigerant heater is suitable for electric/hybrid/fuel cell applications and is mainly used as a primary heat source to regulate vehicle temperature. PTC electric heater is suitable for use and parking. During the heating process, electrical energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy using a PTC element. The equipment therefore heats up much faster than an internal combustion engine. It is also used for battery temperature regulation (heating to operating temperature) and fuel cell starting loads.
