Installation of PTC electric heater
1、Product appearance
Please refer to the 3D digital model and drawings for detailed dimensions and mounting hole locations.
2、Fixed position of PTC electric heater
Note: The installation position should ensure that no air bubbles remain inside the PTC electric heater.
3、Coolant circuit connection
Note: If there is little or no coolant flow, it may cause permanent damage to the PTC electric heater.
4、Electrical connection
Below is the pin definition of the connector, the A-direction view corresponds to the high-voltage connector, and the B-direction view corresponds to the low-voltage connector.

Below is a schematic diagram of the location of the grounding bolt.
6 grounding bolt, the maximum torque is 10.5N.m, the customer must be grounded when installing the PTC electric heater.
Warning: The power must be turned off before installing or removing the PTC electric heater!
Requirements for the vehicle electrical system:
①It must be ensured that the polarity of the high-voltage power supply is correct, and it has over-voltage and under-voltage protection functions
②An independent high-voltage DC fuse needs to be installed on the vehicle side for short-circuit protection
③The whole vehicle needs to install an insulation detector for leakage detection
④High-voltage line has interlock function
