Introduction to New Energy Oil-Free
Electric Air Compressors

Oil-Free Technology Air Compressor Operating Principle
The electric motor serves as the power source, driving the crankshaft directly. As the piston moves from top dead center (TDC) to bottom dead center (BDC), the cylinder volume increases, creating negative pressure that draws gas into the cylinder. When the piston moves from BDC to TDC, the cylinder volume decreases, compressing the gas and raising its pressure until it forces open the low-pressure discharge valve-completing the first stage of compression.
The gas compressed in the low-pressure stage enters an intercooler, which is cooled by an external fan.
As the high-pressure piston moves from TDC to BDC, the cylinder volume increases, creating negative pressure that draws the cooled, low-pressure gas into the cylinder. When the high-pressure piston moves from BDC to TDC, the cylinder volume decreases, further compressing the gas and raising its pressure until it forces open the high-pressure discharge valve-completing the second stage of compression.
