High voltage PTC electric heater
PTC is a semiconductor heating ceramic. When the PTC heater passes a thermistor and exceeds a certain temperature, the resistance value increases stepwise as the temperature increases. The current passing through the PTC thermistor obtains the change in the thermistor body temperature.
The use of heating and cooling air conditioners on new energy vehicles such as electric vehicles will cause a significant reduction in cruising distance. In the past, gasoline vehicles could use engine waste heat, but new energy vehicles such as electric vehicles have no engines or less waste heat. Therefore, PTC electric heaters are used to solve the problem. Mainly used in air heating, water heating, power battery heating, seat heating, rearview mirror defrosting and other fields.
