During vehicle operation or charging, the battery pack temperature can rise due to ambient temperature or the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery pack itself, resulting in the battery operating outside its optimal environment. This product is specifically designed for use with water-cooled battery packs. By controlling the water temperature, it ensures that the battery pack operates within a specific temperature range, thereby guaranteeing battery quality, extending its lifespan, and ensuring the vehicle's driving range.

Products Operational Principle
The schematic diagram of the company's EHP battery thermal management system is shown in Figure 2-1. The solid red line in the figure represents the cooling cycle, and the dashed blue line represents the coolant circulation.

Cooling mode
When the fan and compressor are turned on, high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant is discharged from the compressor, enters the condenser to release heat and cool down, and then passes through the thermostatic expansion valve to reduce pressure and temperature. The low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant enters the battery cooler chiller to exchange heat with the high-temperature coolant flowing out of the battery pack. After absorbing heat, the refrigerant enters the compressor suction port, completing one refrigeration cycle. At the same time, the high-temperature coolant flowing out of the battery pack outlet is pumped through the chiller, cooled, and forms low-temperature coolant that enters the battery pack inlet to cool the battery, completing one water circuit cycle.
Heating mode
The fan and compressor are turned off, the water pump and electric heater are turned on, and the low-temperature coolant is heated by the electric heater before flowing through the chiller and entering the battery pack to heat the battery
Self-Circulation mode
The compressor and electric heater are turned off, while the water pump and fan are turned on. The coolant circulates between the thermal management unit and the battery pack, carrying away the heat from the battery pack.
