This product is designed for a voltage requirement of 430V, a PTC chip thickness of 3.0mm, and a Tc temperature of 210℃, ensuring good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating element assembly consists of 12 groups.

To ensure an IP67 protection rating, the heating element assembly is inserted at an angle into the lower base. Install the tube port sealing ring (number 9) and press the outer side firmly with a pressure plate. Then, seal the lower base (number 6) with potting compound, applying it to the upper surface of the D-shaped tube. After assembling the other components, use a sealing gasket (number 5) to press and seal the upper and lower bases, ensuring good waterproof performance.

In order to ensure the maximum energy efficiency of plumbing PTC, pay attention to the following matters during installation:

The highest point of PTC should be lower than the expansion tank;
The water pump should not be higher than PTC;
PTC should be installed after the water pump and before the warm air core;
Pay attention to the direction of PTC inlet and outlet water;
Before PTC works for the first time, or after the pipeline parts are repaired, the water pump should be run first, and confirm that it has been exhausted, and then power on PTC.
