Electric 3 Way Valve

Coolant flow direction is switched according to vehicle VCU/BMS commands to meet the needs of multiple operating conditions, including battery cooling, battery preheating, motor cooling, and cabin heating.

2. Intelligent electronic control drive: Built-in actuator motor and position feedback sensor receive vehicle control signals, precisely adjust valve opening, and provide real-time valve position feedback, ensuring high control accuracy and rapid response.

The battery thermal management system is a core subsystem of new energy vehicles, primarily responsible for temperature control of the power battery to ensure it operates within a suitable temperature range. The three-channel electronic water valve is an actuator within the system, responsible for switching the flow of cooling water, allocating cooling/heating circuits, and working in conjunction with the water pump to complete the entire temperature control process.
