1. Product Installation Precautions
1.1 Before powering on, pay attention to the firm installation and reliable connection of the connectors (the main high voltage cannot be reversed, otherwise the control will fail, and the control board will be damaged if it exceeds 1 minute)
1.2 The grounding wire is connected reliably to prevent static electricity from damaging components
1.3 Antifreeze must not contain impurities to prevent clogging of the water tank
1.4 After unpacking, be sure to check whether there is any external damage caused by transportation. Damage caused by improper installation and use (including use and installation conditions beyond the scope specified in the specification) is not covered by the warranty.
2. Precautions for the use of PTC water heaters
2.1 After the heater is connected correctly, it is recommended to turn on the low-voltage power first and then the high-voltage power when it is powered on;。
2.2 The water flow in the water cycle is ≥ 4L/min. If the flow is too low, frequent temperature protection will occur.

According to the voltage requirement of 600V, the PTC sheet adopts 3.5mm thickness and Tc210℃, which ensures good withstand voltage and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 4 groups, which are controlled by 4 IGBTs.In order to ensure the protection level of the product IP67, the heating core component of the product is installed into the lower base, sealed with potting glue in the lower base, and potted to the upper surface of the D-shaped tube. After assembling other parts, use a gasket to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.
