EV Car PTC Air Heater
PTC air heater assembly adopts one-piece structure, integrating the controller and PTC heater into one, with small volume, light weight and easy installation.
The heater part of the PTC heater assembly is located in the lower half of the heater, using the characteristics of the PTC chip for heating. The heater is electrified with high voltage, the PTC chip generates heat, which is transferred to the heat dissipation aluminium strip, and then the airbox fan blows air over the surface of the heater, taking away the heat and blowing out warm air. The heater has a compact structure, reasonable layout, maximum efficiency in the use of heater space, and in the design of the heater to take into account the safety of the heater, waterproof, assembly process, to ensure that the heater can operate normally.
