NF Group launches new intelligent electronic water pump to help electric commercial vehicles upgrade efficiency
NF Group, a leading global supplier of thermal management systems, recently announced the launch of a series of electronic water pumps designed specifically for new energy commercial vehicles, marking an important technological breakthrough in the field of core components for commercial vehicles.
The product adopts an integrated mechatronics design, which is 35% smaller and 28% lighter than traditional products, effectively improving the vehicle's load efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent control module, it can sense the temperature of the battery pack and the electric drive system in real time, and achieve dynamic temperature control with an accuracy of 0.1°C in conjunction with the vehicle's energy management strategy, and can still maintain a flow stability of ±2% under extreme conditions.

Technical parameters show that the operating power consumption of the new water pump is reduced to 45W, which is 18% more energy-efficient than similar products. With variable displacement technology, the vehicle's endurance can be increased by about 3%. Its weather resistance reaches IP67 protection level, supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and has a service life of more than 30,000 hours, making it perfectly suitable for high-intensity operation scenarios such as long-distance logistics vehicles and electric buses.
The director of NF Group's new energy business department said that the product has passed CE certification and has been mass-produced and delivered. The 800V high-voltage platform adaptation version developed simultaneously by the company will complete testing by the end of the year, providing thermal management solutions for the next generation of ultra-fast charging electric commercial vehicles.
