PTC Heater Installation Instructions
1.Product appearance
Please refer to the 3D digital model and drawings for detailed dimensions and mounting hole locations.

2.Coolant circuit connection

Note: If there is little or no coolant flow, it may cause permanent damage to the PTC electric heater.
3.Electrical connection
Figure 6 below is the pin definition of the connector, the A-direction view corresponds to the high-voltage connector, and the B-direction view corresponds to the low-voltage connector.

Figure 7 below is a schematic diagram of the location of the grounding bolt
M6 grounding bolt, the maximum torque is 10.5N.m, the customer must be grounded when installing the PTC electric heater.

Warning: The power must be turned off before installing or removing the PTC electric heater!
Requirements for the vehicle electrical system:
①It must be ensured that the polarity of the high-voltage power supply is correct, and it has over-voltage and under-voltage protection functions.
②An independent high-voltage DC fuse needs to be installed on the vehicle side for short-circuit protection.
③The whole vehicle needs to install an insulation detector for leakage detection.
④High-voltage line has interlock function.
