Vehicle Test Project

The vehicle test project consists of six parts, namely vehicle reliability test, NVH test, HVAC test, EMC test, chemical analysis test and vehicle road performance test. Vehicle reliability tests include conventional tests, durability tests, temperature tests, humidity tests, salt spray tests, vibration tests, etc., aiming to detect the reliability and durability of vehicles under different working conditions. The NVH test is to evaluate the vibration, noise and smoke performance of the vehicle under different working conditions. The HVAC test is to test the performance of the HVAC system. The EMC test is to test the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the vehicle. The chemical analysis test is to detect the vehicle. The safety of internal materials and the vehicle road performance test are to evaluate the performance of the vehicle while driving on the road. These tests are designed to evaluate the quality, reliability and safety performance of vehicles.

Next, we will introduce them one by one.

1.1 Vehicle reliability test
The vehicle reliability test is to test the reliability and durability of the vehicle under different working conditions. Among them, the environmental adaptability test is mainly to test the adaptability and durability of the car in different climates and environments, such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, high altitude, etc.; the sealing performance test is to test the sealing performance of the car to ensure The sealing performance of the vehicle in different environments meets the requirements; the road durability test is to simulate the use of the vehicle under different road conditions to evaluate the durability and reliability of the vehicle; the indoor simulated collision and durability test is to simulate the vehicle Situations in crashes and daily use to evaluate vehicle safety and durability. Through the test results of these trials, automobile manufacturers can evaluate and improve the design and production of vehicles, thereby improving the reliability and safety of automobiles to meet consumer demands for automobile safety and reliability.

1.2 NVH test
The NVH test is a test for issues such as Noise, Vibration and Harshness of the car. This type of test is designed to evaluate the vibration, noise and smoke performance of the vehicle under different working conditions, including interior noise, engine noise, chassis vibration, etc. The NVH test can not only allow the occupants to feel a comfortable driving or riding environment, but also evaluate the strength and lifespan of automobile parts caused by vibration. Therefore, this kind of test is of great significance in the automobile manufacturing industry.

1.3 HVAC test
HVAC is the abbreviation of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, which stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Therefore, the HVAC test is mainly to test the performance of the car's HVAC system, including heating and cooling effects, air flow, noise, durability, etc. In addition, HVAC testing also includes emissions and economy, instrument calibration, temperature field testing and weather resistance testing. These tests are designed to evaluate the comfort, safety and reliability of the complete vehicle. Through the test results of the HVAC test, vehicle manufacturers can improve the performance of the entire vehicle air conditioning system, thereby providing consumers with a more comfortable driving and riding experience.

1.4 EMC test
EMC testing is a very important part of automobile manufacturing. It is mainly used to test the anti-interference ability of automobile electronic and electrical equipment in the electromagnetic environment. The test includes two aspects. One is to evaluate the electromagnetic radiation (EMI) level of automotive electronic products, that is, the interference caused by electronic products to the surrounding electromagnetic environment; the other is to evaluate the electromagnetic immunity (EMS) of automotive electronic products, that is, the electronic products are affected by Anti-interference ability when the surrounding electromagnetic environment interferes. In order to conduct EMC testing, special testing sites and testing instruments need to be equipped to test the entire electrical system of the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle can operate normally under various working conditions. Through EMC testing, the reliability and safety of automotive electronic and electrical equipment can be improved, thereby ensuring the driving safety and comfort of passengers.
