The parts near the vehicle body and the heater must be protected from excessive heat radiation and contamination by fuel or oil.
1. The fire hazard is not allowed even when the combustion heater is overheated. This requirement can be met if you pay attention to keeping sufficient distance from all parts during installation, take proper ventilation measures, and use fireproof materials or heat insulation boards.
2. The heater shall not be installed in the passenger compartment. However, it is possible to install it in a well-sealed casing for trailers equipped with liquid fuel heaters. All necessary precautions must be taken when installing the heater, in order to minimize the risk of injury to personnel or damage to carry-on items.
3. The fuel filler opening is not allowed to be arranged in the passenger compartment, and must be closed tightly with a lid to avoid fuel spillage. For heaters that use liquid fuel and the liquid fuel delivery line is separated from the vehicle's fuel delivery line, the type of fuel and the filling port must be clearly marked. A reminder sign must be placed on the filler port, indicating that the heater must be turned off before refilling fuel.

4. The exhaust port must be positioned and installed as follows: to prevent exhaust gas from entering the cabin through the ventilation device, warm air vent or open window.
5. The air in the heater combustion chamber is not allowed to be drawn from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The air inlet must be positioned and installed in such a way that it will not be blocked by other objects.
6. The hot air supplied must be composed of fresh air or circulating air, and must be from a dry.The clean area is drawn out, and the area cannot be used by the engine, combustion heater or car interior waste gas pollution from other sources. A grille or other suitable tool must be used to protect the air inlet port.
7. The hot air pipe in the vehicle must be positioned and installed in such a way that it will not cause the danger of personal injury or damage to the equipment when it is touched. The exhaust port must be positioned and installed in this way or take protective measures: it will not be blocked by other objects.
8. The exhaust pipe must be kept at a sufficient distance (at least 20 mm) from temperature-sensitive auto parts (bottom protective layer, plastic film, ...). The fuel pipe must be laid in a cool area to avoid the formation of bubbles due to heat. Electrical components such as relays, fuses, switches, etc. must be properly installed to prevent the penetration of moisture (water spray, high-pressure cleaning agent,...).
