Structural Composition
The pumps in this series feature a brushless motor-driven canned pump structure. The main components are as follows:
- A brushless DC motor, comprising a rotor assembly (including the impeller assembly) and a stator housing assembly (including the canning sleeve and rear bearing seat assembly);
- A controller (PCB assembly), used to communicate with the main control unit and regulate the brushless DC motor;
- A pump cover, designed for connection to the vehicle, engine, and cooling system;
- A brushless motor rear cover, incorporating a wiring harness assembly for connection to the vehicle.
