24kw Electric Heater Function Control Principle
The heater is mainly used for heating the passenger compartment ,defrosting and removing fog on the window,or preheating battery thermal management system battery ,to meet the corresponding regulations, functional requirements.
Functional Control Principle:
Soft start
W15, the PTC heater adopts the way of group soft start, and the interval between each group is 8-10S, a total of 3 groups. After the soft start is over, the PWM mode is used to adjust the power.
Power and temperature control
Temperature control range +3 degrees Celsius,
(1)When the outlet water temperature is lower than the target temperature -3℃, the output power will be increased at a certain frequency.
(2)When 0℃＜the target temperature - the outlet water temperature＜3℃, will maintain the current output power.
(3)When the outlet water temperature > target temperature, the output power will be reduced
(4)When the outlet water temperature> target temperature +3, the heating will be stopped and an over-temperature fault will be reported.
