High Voltage Water Heater

PTC water heater can provide heat for the cockpit of new energy vehicles and meet the standard of safe defrosting and defogging. It also provides heat to other parts of the vehicle that require temperature regulation, such as the battery.


1.Feature

 Electricity is used to heat the antifreeze,and the heater is used to heat the interior of the car.

2. Air conditioner control framework

①Complete the command input from the air conditioning panel.

②The air conditioner panel sends the user's operation command to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.

③After the water heating PTC controller receives the command signal, it turns on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.


Design advantages:

①Using 4-channel PWM control mode, the busbar inrush current is small, and the requirements for the relay in the vehicle circuit are low.

②PWM mode control enables continuous adjustment of power.

③The CAN communication mode can report the working status of the controller, which is convenient for vehicle control and monitoring.
